BERNARD HICKIE | GARDENS & LANDSCAPES
One of the earliest georgian houses in Cork, the garden brief for this double bow fronted property was contemporary with clean lines.
French limestone paving in a large format forms the terraces and paths with a central lawn. We chose a selection of rare and unusual broadleaved evergreen trees to create a different and unpredictable planting palette to the gardens both front and back.
Underplanting is a mixture of flower and foliage with large drifts of black and white tulips emerging in spring.
